AFGHAN REFUGEE CRISIS RESPONSE - DONATIONS
We have had an unprecedented amount of phone calls, messages and emails all offering support or donations of one sort or another. We are a small team of people, with a small amounts of storage at this moment, so we are keen to do our very best to facilitate everybody’s offers but please be patient with us.
We have been fortunate to be supported by kind offers of collection drop-off points around the county.

If you would like to donate money to Shropshire Supports Refugees to support the Afghan families and other Refugees in the county please follow the link below to our Peoples Fundraising page.
Those of you who are willing to make regular payments to support us as an organisation, it is possible to set up a direct debit using the Peoples Fundraising page.
If you would like to offer donations, then we will do our best to distribute them to refugees, especially Afghan refugees.
We do ask that you sort it as much as possible into bags of specifics, i.e. ladies tops, men’s trousers etc
For now, we are looking for Muslim style and long, modest, loose clothing if possible.

Families will be arriving with few processions, having fled their homes. Donations of household items are therefore gratefully received to help them to rebuild their lives.
If you would like to donate furniture or household goods, can you please hold onto them until we have a storage solution to accommodate them.
