Our outreach sessions are crucial for identifying individuals and families who may benefit from our services, ensuring that we actively connect with those in need rather than waiting for them to find us.

At our outreach sessions you can expect to be triaged then assigned a case worker based on your level of need.

All our general support and advice and immigration services can be accessed at outreach.
